Welcome to Tiger Point Village! On behalf of the association’s Board of Directors, we welcome you to the community. Tiger Point Village Homeowners Association is nestled within the Tiger Point Golf Course community located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. We are family friendly with 469 homes and growing. Just minutes from Pensacola Beach and all of your finest Gulf Breeze Proper living facilities, we take pride in our beautiful and luxurious community. Tiger Point is a green community and well-designed subdivision with 3 major exits for easy access to Highway 98. The association’s entrances and medians are maintained by your Homeowners Association. This website has been established for the convenience of the Owners to allow you to quickly and efficiently find the information you need about your community. It is the goal of the Board of Directors to offer the most important information about your Association conveniently and in one place through this website. Some of the information available includes, information about the Association and the Board of Directors as well as important contact information, meeting dates, news, events, links, newsletters, documents, meeting minutes, etc.

 

The Board of Director meetings are held every month on the 4th Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Life Center, 4115 Soundside Dr., Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. Owner's are welcome to attend! 

 

​Our association is proudly managed by Etheridge Property Management which works off the direction of the Tiger Point Village Board of Directors. A list of their duties & responsibilities can be found under the Community Information page of this site, but their primary purpose, amongst numerous other duties, is enforcement of the Association’s Restrictive Covenants. The covenants require all yards, landscaping, driveways, structures and improvements be diligently and properly maintained and they assist in ensuring that all residents are cooperating with these requirements.
